Membership consists solely of industrial users of electricity and natural
gas, so there is no potential for conflict of interest between members
during rate proceedings before the S.C. Public Service Commission.
Membership makes the SCEUC stronger for all of its members by providing a
network of experts and experience and lower marginal costs in addressing
utility rates and regulation in South Carolina.
